Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE or comparable methodologies, from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation
Translate complex, role-based business and system processes into clear, task-oriented learning objectives and curricula
Design and develop a variety of learning solutions, including Instructor-led training (ILT), Virtual instructor-led training (VILT), Self-paced eLearning, Job aids, quick reference guides, and performance support tools
Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and proficiency measures to support system readiness and adoption
Design training aligned to software implementation lifecycles, including configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post–go-live stabilization
Facilitate live ILT and VILT sessions for diverse adult learner audiences
Ensure training reflects real-world operational scenarios and job workflows
Collaborate closely with organizational change management (OCM), PMO, and technical teams to align training with change and adoption strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience designing and delivering training for enterprise software implementations or large-scale transformation programs
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Strong facilitation skills for instructor-led and virtual training environments
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous consulting and implementation settings
