• Take full ownership of the email marketing function at BURGA and drive its strategic direction.
• Manage 18 email marketing accounts
• Develop impactful, on-brand email campaigns designed to increase sales.
• Develop persuasive, conversion-focused email copy that supports overarching marketing goals.
• Build, test, and optimize both automated and manual email flows.
• Run A/B tests to ensure peak performance.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and continuously iterate to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain consistent branding, storytelling, and tone across all email communications.
