About the role
- Content & Creator Ops Manager overseeing creator content strategies for BURGA. Collaborating closely with Growth and Social Media teams to maximize creator efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage micro and mid-tier creators across niches (fashion, lifestyle, tech) and markets, using gifting to test collaborations and onboard top performers.
- Work as a bridge between Growth, Social Media and Partnership teams to ensure our creator content is utilised in the most efficient way.
- Scout local creators in different markets, do a lot of outreach and build a database of creators best suited to our needs.
- Secure usage rights, Spark/Partnership Ads approvals, and track expiries and renewals.
- Maintain a rolling UGC backlog aligned with launches, seasonal drops, and cross-team content needs.
- Build and nurture our creator community.
- Maintain dashboards tracking creator costs, asset performance, and ROAS to guide content and budget decisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with both micro and macro content creators on a global scale, either independently or via agencies.
- Superior negotiation skills and the ability to secure advantageous collaborations.
- A keen eye for viral potential and forthcoming trends in the content creation space.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with additional languages considered a plus.
- A resilient and fearless attitude towards challenges and the occasional failure, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in managing and optimizing content libraries for easy access, reuse, and analysis of performance metrics.
