- Email Marketing Manager responsible for crafting and optimizing email strategies globally at BURGA. Collaborating with teams to deliver impactful campaigns that inspire engagement and drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the email marketing function at BURGA and drive its strategic direction.
- Manage 18 email marketing accounts
- Develop impactful, on-brand email campaigns designed to increase sales.
- Develop persuasive, conversion-focused email copy that supports overarching marketing goals.
- Build, test, and optimize both automated and manual email flows.
- Run A/B tests to ensure peak performance.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes and continuously iterate to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain consistent branding, storytelling, and tone across all email communications.
Requirements
- A track record of creating high-performing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or copywriting.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms (campaign setup, automation flows, audience segmentation).
- Analytical mindset and a data-driven optimization approach.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for visual and brand consistency.
