Requirements
- At least 3 years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, or project management.
- A track record of successfully leading or coordinating technical or manufacturing projects.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and control manufacturing or technical projects.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage supplier communication (RFQs, contracts).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
