About the role
- Product Designer creating user experiences for Burai, a SaaS platform for task and workflow management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape intuitive and engaging product features.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for Burai features
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces
- Elevate the quality bar for our user experience and contribute to our design system
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure your design aligns with the product vision and technical execution
- Work alongside engineering to refine implemented designs, holding a high standard to ensure work is accessible, performant and scalable
- Be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment and across other areas of the business to support design needs
- Help shape a product that is intuitive, engaging and user-friendly
- Work with a Senior Product Designer to implement established strategies and gain hands-on experience with new methodologies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design. Ideally, in a startup, agency, or product-focused company
- A strong portfolio showcasing high quality product design work, from insight to execution that demonstrates business impact and excellent UX/UI craft
- Skilled in driving a human-centered design approach, clearly communicating design work informed by research and data
- Experience designing and shipping web and/or native mobile applications
- Proactive, organized, curious, empathetic
- Deep experience with working in Figma
- Experience with using and maintaining design systems
