- Operating Microsoft Intune for device and application management in enterprise environments

- Supporting remote end-user support solutions via Microsoft Intune and other remote tools

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science (or a related field) or equivalent, or completed IT-related vocational training (e.g., focusing on system integration or application development)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS
- Relevant hands-on experience managing and implementing Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft technologies
- Knowledge of device and security management, operating system installation, and automated software deployment
- Familiarity with security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Practical experience in documentation and rollout planning, as well as familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Team-oriented working style, strong problem-solving skills, and independent communication ability in German (minimum B2 level) and English
