Responsibilities
Administration and maintenance of the digital personnel file
Point of contact for employees and managers regarding the digital personnel file
Creation and maintenance of permission and role models
Ensuring data quality, data maintenance, and compliance with data protection requirements
Close collaboration with IT, Data Protection, and Payroll
Creation and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, and additional agreements
Handling employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of terminations, warnings, and other employment-law documents
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR systems, HR-IT, or digitalization
Experience working with digital personnel files and document management systems
Knowledge of digitalizing and optimizing HR processes
Independent and committed working style as well as organizational and communication skills
Creative thinking and a strong affinity for current marketing trends and social media innovations
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
