Responsibilities
- Administration and maintenance of the digital personnel file
- Point of contact for employees and managers regarding the digital personnel file
- Creation and maintenance of permission and role models
- Ensuring data quality, data maintenance, and compliance with data protection requirements
- Close collaboration with IT, Data Protection, and Payroll
- Creation and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, and additional agreements
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of terminations, warnings, and other employment-law documents
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR systems, HR-IT, or digitalization
- Experience working with digital personnel files and document management systems
- Knowledge of digitalizing and optimizing HR processes
- Independent and committed working style as well as organizational and communication skills
- Creative thinking and a strong affinity for current marketing trends and social media innovations
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
