Responsibilities
Manage the individual motor insurance needs of our clients
Identify and provide the appropriate motor insurance solutions for each industry
Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and adjusters/experts
Tendering, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
Support the field sales team in acquisition and in the preparation and follow-up of annual meetings
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent
Knowledge and experience in motor insurance
Ideally, experience with large fleet accounts
Passionate about customer service and building close client relationships
Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction
