- Assisting in creating content for our careers page or social media to showcase our company culture.
- ATS Management through Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and up-to-date, automate actions to facilitate the hiring process and make it tech-driven.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you enjoy talking to people!
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.
- Tech Savvy, familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- A "people-first" attitude, a high degree of empathy, and a hunger to learn the nuances of the tech/business landscape.
