Responsibilities
Sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates for open roles.
Candidate Screening, reviewing resumes and conduct initial outreach to gauge candidate interest and alignment with our values.
Interview Coordination and managing the "behind-the-scenes" logistics, including scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Assisting in creating content for our careers page or social media to showcase our company culture.
ATS Management through Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and up-to-date, automate actions to facilitate the hiring process and make it tech-driven.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you enjoy talking to people!
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.
Tech Savvy, familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
A "people-first" attitude, a high degree of empathy, and a hunger to learn the nuances of the tech/business landscape.
