Responsibilities
- Du möchtest Unternehmen dabei unterstützen, ihre Payroll-Prozesse erfolgreich aufzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du richtest unsere Payroll-/Baulohnlösung vollständig für Neukunden ein und führst sie strukturiert durch den gesamten Einführungsprozess.
- Du berätst Neukunden fachlich und technisch zu allen Fragen rund um die Payroll.
- Du richtest relevante Schnittstellen ein, beispielsweise zu Bewegungsdaten, Finanzbuchhaltung oder HR-Systemen.
- Du führst Präsentationstermine durch und schulst KundInnen in der Anwendung unserer Lösungen.
- Du unterstützt unser Produktmanagement, indem Du Entwicklungsvorgaben definierst und neue Funktionen oder Erweiterungen testest.
- Du steuerst Deine Projekte selbstständig, überwachst deren Fortschritt und dokumentierst alle relevanten Schritte.
- Du analysierst bestehende Payroll-Prozesse und entwickelst sie gemeinsam mit unseren KundInnen kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du beantwortest fachliche Fragestellungen kompetent und bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für unsere KundInnen.
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR, Finance oder Payroll
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Lohn/Payroll
- Hohe IT-Affinität sowie erste Erfahrung in der Einrichtung von Schnittstellen
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Software-Einführungsprojekten
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit Microsoft Navision/Business Central und/oder NAPA3 Personalabrechnung
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein professionelles, kommunikatives Auftreten sowie Teamorientierung und Beratungskompetenz
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen (in der Praxis selten notwendig)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
