Requirements
Proven track record in learning design and delivery
Commercial lines experience (e.g., underwriting, claims adjusting, sales, or related)
P&C insurance license in province of work required
CAIB 1, 2 & 3 or 5 CIP courses an asset
Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
Strong facilitation skills
Highly organized
Experience with EPIC, insurer portals, and various program delivery platforms considered an asset
Program creation experience
