Responsibilities
Develop and conceptualize creative ad campaigns for social media and Google
Independently plan and execute campaign concepts in collaboration with our performance team
Video editing (e.g., short Reels or ad creatives)
Design visuals, banners, and other advertising materials
Analyze and refine existing creatives based on performance data
Work closely with performance managers to optimally align design and strategy
Requirements
Advanced university studies in Media Design, Communication Design, Media Production, or a related field (nice to have)
Some practical experience designing and producing advertisements (nice to have)
Basic understanding of marketing and digital campaign principles
Proficient with common design and video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar)
A creative eye for design, trends, and storytelling
Independent, structured working style and a willingness to take on responsibility
