Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams;
Collaborate on defining and managing the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value and usability;
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and continuously improve products;
Assist in aligning internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of strategies and priorities;
Support product roadmap management and contribute to the effective execution of deliveries;
Participate in user discovery activities through team alignment, to include potential improvements in the development pipeline;
Analyze product performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, always focusing on delivering value to the customer.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience as a Senior Product Owner.
Proven ability to prioritize backlog and align with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between product, development, design, and other areas of the company.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and/or others).
Experience building and analyzing product metrics.
Experience using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Azure DevOps, and/or similar platforms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Differentials (Preferred):
Experience in the iGaming industry.
Experience with API-driven business models and integration ecosystems between systems and whitelabel platforms.
Experience with integrations involving payment providers, anti-fraud solutions, CRM, and other external services.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Experience running A/B tests and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
Product-related certifications such as CSPO, PM3, Tera, or equivalents.
Technical English for reading documentation and communicating with international teams.
