About the role
- Consultant overseeing franchise store openings at BR MANIA. Ensuring compliance with brand standards while coordinating hybrid implementation schedules.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the opening of new stores, ensuring compliance with franchise standards and guidelines
- Manage the implementation schedule, working in a hybrid model (remote and on-site) to guarantee deadlines are met
- Provide consultative support to franchisees throughout the implementation process
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient progress of processes
- Perform data analysis and prepare management reports for performance monitoring and decision-making support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
- Previous experience in store or franchise implementation, preferably in retail or food service
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of franchise processes, from negotiation through store handover
- Basic finance knowledge, with emphasis on Income Statement (DRE) analysis, preparation of financial projections and evaluation of return on investment (payback)
- Availability to travel
