Responsibilities
Work in partnership with different areas of the institution that develop databases and data analyses in Excel, Access, systems and analytics, aiming to streamline the development and use of BP data as strategic information for the execution plans of commercial areas and business units.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and interactive visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar for monthly monitoring of product margins and results.
Ensure the quality, consistency and governance of data used by the areas.
Participate in the planning, initiation, execution and monitoring of projects for new models and internal improvements.
Keep documentation up to date according to operational processes.
Be aware of environmental aspects and impacts, as well as legal requirements applicable to your activities, supporting actions for environmental minimization and improvement in pursuit of process compliance.
Requirements
EDUCATION: University degree (Bachelor's) in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or similar fields, or in the health area.
SPECIALIZATION: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Science, Project Management or related fields.
DESIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Advanced Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, REDCap and programming languages such as Python or R. Basic knowledge of hospital operations and methodologies for process development and improvement (such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methods, PMI) will be an advantage. Desired: Experience with PROADI-SUS.
LANGUAGE: Basic English.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in the Data area; knowledge of Health Data is a plus.
