Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations in the First Mile segment, ensuring timely collection and processing of packages.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve performance targets; Conduct regular training to enhance skills.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (PSR, Return Promise, Lost, Exceeded Return) to assess effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for process enhancement to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Merchant Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with merchants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the area to achieve the FM cost, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Account Management, customer service and Fleet.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 Years of experience in a managerial role within logistics or shipping.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in data analysis and performance management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
