Responsibilities
Play a key role in strengthening our AML and broader Financial Crime control environment.
Review, assess and provide meaningful feedback on AML operational activities.
Conduct quality control reviews across AML workstreams.
Identify trends, gaps and potential control weaknesses.
Support escalation of material issues where required.
Contribute to insights that help shape better outcomes across FCO.
Requirements
Solid experience in AML or FCO, ideally with exposure to quality control, assurance or second-line style review work.
Strong understanding of AML risk, typologies, red flags and regulatory expectations.
Comfortable applying policy and judgement to real-world scenarios, including complex or higher-risk cases.
Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders.
Organised, detail-focused, able to manage competing priorities.
Adaptable and curious, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
