About the role
- Junior Implementation Analyst responsible for managing client documentation and data processing at Boon, a health tech company. Collaborating with insurance operators for an integrated care journey.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a documentation package for the client with the required documents;
- Verify documents submitted by the client;
- Receive the database and adjust it before sending it to the destination operator;
- Register the implementation process with the operator;
- Resolve validation errors/issues reported by the operator together with the client;
- Provide card numbers to the client;
- Conduct operational alignment meetings with the client's operator;
- Send client and operator information for registration in the broker system;
- Send the first billing/invoice to the client/Finance and release passwords;
- Register the company in the operator's system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
- Previous experience in an insurance brokerage
- Knowledge of plan implementation processes and working with operators is a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid model
