Responsibilities
- Lead the support and sustainment of the design practice system across the BGS Engineering division.
- Collaborate with technical working groups and program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to execute engineering design practice system deliverables and goals.
- Produce DP training materials, provide DP guidance, coaching and facilitate DP awareness training to engineering team members.
- Leads design practice (DP) project execution support and ensures completion of project phases.
- Collect, analyze and validate engineering performance metrics and data.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline. Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or Process Engineering including familiarity with engineering processes and requirements is preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables.
- 3+ years of experience leading or contributing to cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or integrated solutions.
