- Analyseert en modeleert bedrijfsprocessen en definieert functionele en technische requirements
- Maakt verbetervoorstellen die aansluiten bij wensen klanten en organisatie
- Verbindt strategische, tactische en operationele vraagstukken
- Fungeert als intermediair tussen business en ICT
- Beweging in alle lagen van de organisatie met goed ontwikkelde soft skills
- Organiseert workshops en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe werkwijzen samen worden omarmd
Requirements
- Een afgeronde Bachelor/Master opleiding, bij voorkeur bedrijfskunde.
- 1-3 jaar ervaring met en kennis van procesverbetering (bijv. Lean Green- of Black Belt)
- 1-3 jaar ervaring met (statistische) analyses en informatiesysteemontwikkeling
- Affiniteit met digitalisering, RPA en AI is een pre
- Bekendheid met CMMI- of andere kwaliteits-/volwassenheidsmodellen is een plus
- Drive en ambitie om continu te verbeteren
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk
