Responsibilities
Own the implementation journey end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Translate complexity into clarity — design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
Be the client’s trusted partner — anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp’s automation.
Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
Feed the product loop — translate feedback into long-term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action.
Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus
Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
