Responsibilities
- Populate databases for dashboards
- Monitor and control pending items, responsible owners and actions to reduce backlog
- Track completion of stakeholder deliverables
- Prepare supporting materials for Program meetings
- Record meeting minutes within the timeframe established by the Program
- Provide support at various levels of governance
- Monitor agile ceremonies within the coordination scope and initiatives
- Schedule meetings when requested
- Update tracking databases with indicator results for follow-up meetings
- Analyze and interpret data and information
- Prepare presentations for initiatives across different levels of governance
- Perform critical analysis and propose process improvements
- Document and store work routines, ensuring accessibility to all team members
- Support process mapping, covering: execution methodology for each service; mapping activity flows according to the 5W2H methodology; process design; flowcharts and descriptive documentation
- Consolidate the quantification of efficiency gains from initiatives
- Other activities required for Program management and updates to meet strategic objectives and drivers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- Proven experience in project management and/or postgraduate degree in Project Management
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project and MS Planner)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry operations and/or experience in business consulting is considered a plus
