Responsibilities
Take responsibility for challenging client projects in the Microsoft environment
Lead these projects from initial concept to successful delivery and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients
Coordinate analysis of client requirements, develop innovative and future-oriented concepts with the team, and oversee the implementation of modern Dynamics solutions
Responsible for the entire project lifecycle – from planning and coordinating all project stakeholders to rollout and long-term optimization of business processes
Lead (sub-)projects and ensure that quality standards, budgets, and timelines are met
Work with the team to develop new approaches, drive digital transformation, and ensure every solution delivers sustainable value for our clients
Requirements
Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in leading and managing IT or CRM projects
Experience with project management standards (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Prince2, SCRUM, SAFe) and tools such as DevOps, Jira, Confluence
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and a good understanding of related technologies are desirable
A structured, goal-oriented approach to work, combined with initiative and strong organizational skills
Very good German and English skills
Flexibility for occasional in-person client or project meetings
A high level of commitment, ability to work well in a team, and a confident, professional demeanor
