Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles through to offer stage and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate the recruitment process
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs
Support recruitment activity for Astrea Bioseparations when required
Assist with onboarding and other HR initiatives when recruitment activity allows
Requirements
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (either in-house or agency)
Organised and able to manage multiple recruitment processes
Comfortable using recruitment systems and online sourcing tools
Interest in diversity and inclusive hiring practices
Beneficial: Experience recruiting for technical or scientific roles within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors
