About the role

  • Finance Administrator responsible for invoicing and customer collections at Biocair. Collaborating with finance teams to ensure effective management.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately invoicing customers across multiple legal entities
  • Following up with the pricing team to maximise the number of billable jobs each month
  • Dealing with all queries that come in and taking responsibility for actioning each point
  • Posting the cash received into the AR ledger, allocating it to the appropriate customers and invoices
  • Onboarding new customers, ensuring new customers comply with the credit policy and D&B recommendations
  • Managing any additional tasks which may relate to the billing activities such as consolidated invoicing

Requirements

  • Matric Equivalent, Maths and English (C grade or higher)
  • Good organisational skills with strong ability to prioritise and deal with high volumes
  • Able to balance diverse workload and prioritise tasks
  • Results orientated; take responsibility and high client driven
  • Trustworthy and ethical
  • Excellent communication both oral and written
  • Experience of using Sage X3 or similar system
  • Knowledge with intermediate Excel skills (pivots/lookups) would be advantageous.
