Responsibilities
Support the Senior Account Manager in developing and growing key accounts
Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders across business and IT
Identify opportunities and contribute to account planning and pipeline development
Assist in shaping proposals, pricing support, and commercial documentation
Coordinate internal delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and solution delivery
Attend client meetings and support presentations and solution discussions
Manage follow-ups, meeting notes, and next steps to keep sales cycles moving
Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting within CRM systems
Support renewals, extensions, and cross-sell / upsell opportunities
Represent Billigence at networking events and client-facing industry sessions
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales or account management (consulting, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with client stakeholders
Commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer needs
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Ability to work collaboratively within an account team structure
Strong attention to detail in proposals, client documentation, and CRM management
A target-driven mindset with a desire to grow into a more senior commercial role.
