Responsibilities
Planning, implementation and further development of events, collaborations and sponsorship activities
Organisation of trade shows, festivals and events
Management of external service providers, venues and partners
Responsibility for schedules, budgets and smooth operations
Building and maintaining partnerships with brands and athletes
Contributing to community and event strategy
Identifying and analysing new trends and partnership opportunities
Requirements
Several years of experience in event management, ideally in the sports, lifestyle or outdoor sectors
Experience working with collaborations, partnerships or sponsorship projects
Strong organisational skills, a hands-on mentality and good interpersonal skills
Pronounced brand awareness and an eye for authentic presentation
Structured, independent working style and a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to travel (events, trade shows, community appointments)
Passion for bikes, sports, outdoor activities or community topics is a major plus
