Responsibilities
- Mapping and optimization of logistics and administrative processes: Map, review and optimize logistics and administrative processes, propose structural improvements, eliminate bottlenecks and implement digital automations.
- Development of technological and digital solutions: Develop technological solutions (low-code, RPA, BI, AI) in partnership with business areas, ensuring greater agility, information reliability and operational standardization.
- Management and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs): Structure, monitor and analyze strategic operational KPIs, ensuring performance management and supporting decision-making.
- Leadership in continuous improvement and logistics innovation projects: Lead continuous improvement and innovation projects, promoting a culture of operational excellence in logistics.
- Strategic support to leadership and result analysis: Support leadership in critical analysis of results, preparation of reports and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, IT or related fields;
- Previous experience in quality control, logistics operations or operational excellence;
- Analytical ability to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities;
- Clear communication skills to present results and propose solutions;
- Experience developing low-code solutions (e.g., Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix or similar);
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to processes (e.g., data automation, predictive models, chatbots);
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts);
- Power BI or another data visualization tool;
- ERP systems (such as Protheus, RM or similar);
- Process and quality management tools (such as BPM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen);
- Low-code platforms for developing digital solutions;
- Basic knowledge of AI applied to operational processes.
