Responsibilities
Responsible coordination, planning and execution of small to medium-sized IT infrastructure projects (e.g., IT rollouts, harmonization of management information systems) from project setup through to completion

Independently developing and coordinating work packages
Preparing data analyses and decision papers, and presenting them in presentations and reports
Responsible for project setup, risk management and dependency management across all phases
Promoting cross-functional collaboration to align IT solutions with operational and contractual requirements
Requirements
Degree in business administration or a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (alternatively: commercial/IT apprenticeship + 6 years' professional experience)
Certifications such as IPMA Level D (or equivalent), ITIL Foundation (V3/V4), SAFe® 5, COBIT 5 Foundation, S4H01 (SAP S/4HANA Delta) and SAPTEC (SAP technology fundamentals)
At least 4 years of demonstrable experience managing small to medium-sized IT infrastructure projects (e.g., IT rollouts, system harmonization) from initiation to completion
Practical experience with Jira (or comparable tools), MS Project and the full Microsoft Office suite
2+ years in architecture management
1+ year applying TOGAF and ARIS for process modeling
3+ years with SAP S/4HANA fundamentals, PLM100 (Life-Cycle Data Management) and ADMBw using SPARX Enterprise Architect
1+ year in digital transformation management and organizational development to enable rapid integration of future changes
1+ year working with IPS data sources and S-Series specifications according to ASD/Bw
5+ years in innovation strategy and change management (e.g., Service Management Gate workshops)
Solid knowledge of ITIL-based service management and COBIT governance principles
