Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Sage Intacct is highly preferred.
Proven experience running **US payroll using ADP** (mission-critical).
Strong knowledge of **US paid leave programs** and associated compliance requirements.
High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
Experience in a multi-state, rapidly scaling organization preferred.
Experience supporting or processing **India payroll**.
Prior experience in a global company with distributed teams (US/Canada/India).
Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll integrations.
