Requirements

- Proven experience running **US payroll using ADP** (mission-critical).
- Strong knowledge of **US paid leave programs** and associated compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Experience in a multi-state, rapidly scaling organization preferred.
- Experience supporting or processing **India payroll**.
- Prior experience in a global company with distributed teams (US/Canada/India).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll integrations.
