Responsibilities
Manage BECU Cares and People Helping People Awards, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
Contribute to event planning and execution for Day of Purpose and other enterprise events, ensuring alignment with program goals.
Develop KPIs and reporting cadence to track program performance and impact.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale programs for future growth.
Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and community organizations to strengthen engagement and deliver exceptional experiences.
Oversee vendor contracts and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Commute frequently to Tukwila and Seattle-area event sites to provide hands-on leadership and support.
Maintain adherence to applicable regulations and internal standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work/education experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of functional experience.
Typically requires experience managing project teams.
Community engagement or employee engagement experience.
Program management experience with a proven ability to scale initiatives.
Event planning experience (critical for program-related events and Day of Purpose).
3+ years in project management.
Familiarity with DEI principles and ability to apply a DEI lens.
Communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience in Financial Services Industry.
