  • Senior Program Manager at GXO Logistics overseeing talent and learning initiatives across Europe. Collaborating with local HR partners to deliver effective programs and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex, multi-country initiatives by defining scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and success measures.
  • Coordinate the execution of annual performance management and talent management cycles.
  • Partner with country leaders, HR partners, and functional stakeholders to identify needs and deliver scalable yet locally relevant solutions.
  • Oversee and optimize a portfolio of programs and projects.
  • Ensure a strong colleague experience by managing communications, enablement materials, and operational execution throughout each program or cycle.

Requirements

  • Multilingual, with fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a learning and development, training, or related role.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage complex initiatives end to end.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
