Responsibilities
Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the organization's Magnet or Pathway to Excellence Programs.
Develops, implements, and sustains strategies to achieve and maintain Magnet or Pathway to Excellence designation.
Plans and directs program activities, establishes a comprehensive evaluation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
5 years of nursing or related healthcare experience is required.
Leadership or project management experience is preferred.
Experience with hospital operations and clinical care delivery is preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
