Responsibilities
You optimize our Shopify store (UX, funnel, conversion)
You plan and implement digital campaigns – including landing pages & tracking
Web analytics (GA4, etracker) forms the basis of your work
You are familiar with tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to track our visitors
Consent and tag management (Google Tag Manager) are managed by you
You create target‑group specific content, newsletters (Klaviyo) & landing pages
You are happy to support affiliate marketing / display & retargeting / SEO
You work closely with our agencies
You combine emotional brand experiences with rigorous performance
How you measure your success: Increasing conversion rate, higher repurchase rate, successful campaigns with clean funnel logic, measurably better user experience in the store
Requirements
Several years of experience with Shopify or Shopware
Strong understanding of funnels, CRO & performance marketing
Confident in working with tracking & analytics tools
Good UX instincts plus a numerical/analytical mindset
Hands‑on: you build, test and optimize yourself
You love it when data meets emotion
