Responsibilities
Oversee a team of up to 50 resources to support access provisioning and deprovisioning for workforce and machine identities.
Improve quality and reduce cost of maintaining access through the lifecycle at BD.
Define success criteria and Key Performance Indicators.
Automate access provisioning and access revocation processes across applications and systems.
Drive toward highly effective and efficient technical and operational support of access tools in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authentication, Single Sign On, Password Resets, and Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
Professional development in current IAM best practices and professional development in Leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or at least five years’ experience in a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity and Access Management and security operations.
Strong understanding of networking and networking protocols, network security and identification of system vulnerabilities.
Working knowledge of common IAM solutions such as IGA, PAM, Authentication, MFA.
Familiarity with regulatory standards such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using common tools such as Microsoft Excel analytical features.
Data driven and fact based decision making capability.
Successful Process Improvement initiatives.
Strong communication skills and leadership experience with large operations functions.
