Responsibilities

Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize work orders

Execute a preventive maintenance program and provide limited cross-functional support
Maintain proper and accurate small parts inventory
Document all field activity and expenses
Continue training to advance skillsets
Requirements
Associate Degree in Healthcare Technology or other technical field, or 3-5 years of related work experience
3-5 years of combination Hardware/Software/IT experience
24x7 on-call experience in a customer-facing/field service environment
Good mechanical, computer, verbal, written, and time management skills
Computer electronics, Windows OS, network experience
Valid driver's license and must meet auto safety standards
Proof of and maintain current immunizations as appropriate for facility access
