Responsibilities
Create customer‑facing, enterprise‑level content including blogs, guides, thought leadership, and campaign assets for diverse global consumption
Translate complex, technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content without oversimplifying
Own and evolve a content calendar, from planning through execution
Support brand awareness and lead‑generation initiatives through high‑impact written and visual content
Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, SDRs, and Marketing stakeholders across the US and UK to achieve company and revenue goals
Contribute to and eventually help shape content strategy, not just execution
Support social media content with a focus on engagement and growth
Use AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity while maintaining quality and originality
Analyze content performance and adjust approach based on engagement and results over time
Requirements
3+ years of experience in content creation (B2B tech or SaaS strongly preferred)
Experience translating complex information into engaging, easy‑to‑understand content
Comfort working across global teams and audiences (US & UK)
Basic understanding of SEO and modern content optimization
Confident communicator that is comfortable collaborating, interviewing stakeholders, and occasionally being on camera
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot (or equivalent AI tools)
Experience with content distribution or advocacy tools (e.g., Ambassify, Hootsuite or similar)
Experience with SEO and social platforms (e.g., SEMrush, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Self‑starter mindset — someone who takes ownership and initiative
Familiarity with AI‑assisted content workflows
Creative mindset with interest in video, visual, and multi‑format content
Strong attention to detail (grammar, structure, clarity)
Proven ability to write for technical and enterprise audiences (a portfolio is preferred, not required)
