About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide travel-related information, and pro-actively suggest additional services to enhance the customers travel experience

- Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the travel industry
- Solid working knowledge of the travel policies, procedures, and processes
- Knowledgeable with travel industry system GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
- High level of self-reliance and decision-making ability
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
