Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with customers utilising both virtual and F2F channels, ensuring their needs are met.
Identify customer needs and growth opportunities
Grow revenue through subscription and product upgrades, as well as maintaining retention.
Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews
Maintain strong relationships with RCA team members and across the wider ResCom team including Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales Support.
Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan
Maintain and grow depth of relationship with key customers and execute effective customer engagement programs.
Requirements
Someone with a proven track record of building meaningful connections to multiple stakeholders, both virtually and in person
Someone with strong communication skills

A ‘people person’ - relationships are the core of what we do. Customers should feel connected and supported
You will be a team player, no role is more important than the other in this role
Any experience in SaaS is desirable
Knowledge of commercial real estate and marketing methods highly desirable
Advertising and online experience highly desirable
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Previous use of CRM systems (Salesforce)
Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment
