About the role
- Implement and optimize Atlassian solutions for European top clients in a hybrid work environment. Collaborate on complex projects in the field of strategy & governance, software engineering, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- You implement and configure Atlassian solutions such as Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket for our clients.
- You adapt workflows, permissions, and system configurations to existing business processes.
- You integrate Atlassian tools with third-party systems and further develop existing platforms.
- You analyze client requirements and implement technical solutions.
- You assist with migrations of Atlassian systems (e.g., Server to Cloud or Data Center).
- You optimize existing platforms in terms of performance, structure, and automation.
- You conduct workshops and training sessions for end users and administrators.
- You create documentation and best-practice guidelines for using the platforms.
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.).
- Knowledge of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center, integrations (REST APIs), scripting (Groovy, JavaScript, Python).
- Experience in agile and DevOps environments.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, willingness to travel within Europe.
- Atlassian certifications are a plus.
