About the role

• Client Consultant coordinating design-related projects and acting as the key contact for stakeholders in a renowned German corporation. Responsible for project management and communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Operational management and coordination of design-related projects within the Executive Board environment
• Primary point of contact for Board offices, executive assistants and Brand Management
• Close coordination between client, agency and internal design and account teams
• Responsibility for briefing, prioritization, scheduling, scope and status communication
• Proactive and transparent updates to all relevant stakeholders, including for short-notice or smaller requests
• Ensuring clean documentation in shared tools
• Sensitive expectation- and boundary-management in high-pressure, complex environments
• Solution-oriented communication, including when it is necessary to clearly define constraints

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, account management or advisory roles, preferably in an agency or corporate environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Confident presence, decisiveness and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and structured in time-critical or politically sensitive situations
• Understanding of complex stakeholder structures and decision-making processes
• Very good German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel for regular and occasionally short-notice meetings
