Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative duties to maintain smooth operations and ensure effective coordination within the marketing department
Provide support to marketing managers and team members in planning and executing various initiatives and projects
Carry out market research and interpret consumer feedback, surveys, and evaluation reports to derive actionable insights
Utilize marketing data and analytical tools to collect and interpret key performance metrics
Maintain and update databases, reports, and inventories with relevant statistical, financial, and operational data
Assist in planning, coordinating, and participating in promotional events, both digital and traditional
Develop and deliver engaging promotional presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Create and publish digital content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms
Draft marketing collaterals to strengthen brand visibility
Liaise directly with clients to nurture long-term partnerships
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marketing
5–7 years of leadership experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or Senior Marketing Manager
Experience directing either a marketing or ad agency or the marketing department of a large business with multiple in-house brands
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and projects in a timely manner
Strong reporting, tracking, and team management abilities
