Responsibilities
Planning and organizing marketing and sales initiatives
Managing our CRM system (HubSpot)
Preparing and running external and internal events (online and offline)
Preparing and optimizing sales processes, including moderating related meetings
Creating reports and analyzing results
Implementing email marketing campaigns
Contributing to press and media campaigns
Maintaining and optimizing our website
Communicating with external service providers
Requirements
A completed degree (Marketing, Media, Communications, or similar) or an equivalent qualification is an ideal foundation for these varied tasks
Experience in (online) marketing and in marketing automation / CRM
Ideally, initial experience with content creation and/or copywriting
Good CMS skills
Experience using AI tools
Fluent German and very good English skills
An eye for detail
Knowledge of common image-editing tools (e.g., Adobe, Affinity, Canva, and CapCut)
Openness, creativity, and a structured way of working
