About the role
- Global Finance Director providing leadership and strategic oversight for Aftermarket Segment. Acting as key business partner to Segment President and developing financial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight to commercial and financial aspects of the Aftermarket Segment globally
- Act as a key business partner to the Segment President and provide insightful advice on business decisions
- Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses
- Streamline processes and maximize efficiency
- Review monthly financial operating reports for accuracy and completeness
- Establish key performance indicators and scorecards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related discipline
- 7+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience
- Experience in global aftermarket or manufacturing operations
- International business experience including leading successfully globally across multiple cultures, languages, and time zones
- Experience with mergers and/or acquisitions preferred
- MBA and CMA/CPA are preferred.
