About the role

Responsibilities
- Represent GPS as NFRR Governance Delegate in governance routines
- Partner with teams to maintain consistent routines and controls
- Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) reviews are well designed and executed
- Serve as a point of escalation for reporting errors and risks
- Monitor and test NFRR Policy adherence
- Evaluate risks associated with Regulatory Reporting process
- Ensure reviews of metrics logic and requirements are performed
- Support the annual Enterprise Inventory Attestation and governance of reports
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in controls function roles
- Experience with regulatory reporting preferred
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong risk mindset with process and controls background
- Ability to execute tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to navigate global and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
