Responsibilities
Provides Business Controls support for Client Services by partnering with FLU, Risk, Audit, Legal and other stakeholders
Drives consistency in oversight, change enrichment, and management throughout UCRA lifecycle
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and project teams
Proactively identify and escalate emerging risks or delays
Perform QA reviews, validation, and audit adherence as required
Deliver Business Control reporting and updates as needed
Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure accurate documentation in enterprise tools
Requirements
2+ years of business controls experience and/or LOB business control function
Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work with Leaders at varied levels
Strong interpersonal and relationship building/managing skills
Detail oriented
Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
Ability to balance multiple needs, requests, goals and shifting priorities
Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
Exercise critical thinking and judgment
