About the role

  • Business Control Specialist responsible for change and issues management in Client Services. Driving compliance and collaboration with stakeholders in the Consumer Client Services organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Business Controls support for Client Services by partnering with FLU, Risk, Audit, Legal and other stakeholders
  • Drives consistency in oversight, change enrichment, and management throughout UCRA lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and project teams
  • Proactively identify and escalate emerging risks or delays
  • Perform QA reviews, validation, and audit adherence as required
  • Deliver Business Control reporting and updates as needed
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure accurate documentation in enterprise tools

Requirements

  • 2+ years of business controls experience and/or LOB business control function
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work with Leaders at varied levels
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building/managing skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to balance multiple needs, requests, goals and shifting priorities
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
  • Exercise critical thinking and judgment
