About the role

  • Customer Service Analyst at Agrometrika preparing and automating functional tests and ensuring data integrity. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance clients' analysis routines.

Responsibilities

  • Moderate authorization terms for data access requests;
  • Transcribe accounting information from Balance Sheet (BP) and Income Statement (DRE) for companies (legal entities);
  • Support clients in carrying out operational services that streamline their analysis workflows, reducing manual tasks performed by credit analysts;
  • Organize and record information and documents in the company's systems, ensuring accurate data entry;
  • Meet deadlines and quality standards established for delivering services to clients;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficiency and reliability in operational processes;
  • Assist the contracts team by validating non-standard term templates submitted by clients;
  • Report recurring issues to the product coordinator for inclusion in the product roadmap;
  • Report weekly and monthly volumes per client to the services and Customer Success coordinator;
  • Identify decreased usage of features by a client to prompt intensified work by the Customer Success team;
  • Record interactions and relevant information for each client, ensuring proper information management.

Requirements

  • Higher education completed or in progress (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
  • Intermediate skills with spreadsheets and digital systems;
  • Digital file management and organization;
  • Typing and data entry into systems;
  • Must reside in the Campinas, SP region.
