  • Client Service Representative assisting customers with their banking transactions. Engaging clients to connect them with the right services and products at CIBC.

Responsibilities

  • help clients manage their accounts and products
  • make interactions meaningful
  • connect clients to the right CIBC team members
  • listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes
  • take accountability for client issues
  • become a technology expert
  • introduce clients to our mobile banking applications

  • flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends
  • able to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance
