About the role

  • People Centre Administrator at Babcock managing HR enquiries and supporting the employee lifecycle in a hybrid role. Contributing to projects that protect national security and strengthen defence.

Responsibilities

  • Support employees and managers by handling HR enquiries escalated to the Employee Lifecycle Team
  • Own and deliver casework across all stages of the employee lifecycle with accuracy and care
  • Ensure processes comply with business standards and all relevant legislation, including data protection and employment law
  • Resolve payroll queries in collaboration with Payroll and Time and Attendance teams
  • Maintain employee benefits records and liaise with providers to support a seamless employee experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced HR or employee support role
  • Strong time-management skills with an organised, methodical approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Standard Grades including English and Mathematics
  • CIPD Level 3 (advantageous but not essential)
