Responsibilities
Support employees and managers by handling HR enquiries escalated to the Employee Lifecycle Team
Own and deliver casework across all stages of the employee lifecycle with accuracy and care
Ensure processes comply with business standards and all relevant legislation, including data protection and employment law
Resolve payroll queries in collaboration with Payroll and Time and Attendance teams
Maintain employee benefits records and liaise with providers to support a seamless employee experience
Requirements
Previous experience in a fast-paced HR or employee support role
Strong time-management skills with an organised, methodical approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Standard Grades including English and Mathematics
CIPD Level 3 (advantageous but not essential)
